Only you could make a washing machine look gorgeous Josie

I love the smell of washing and regularly as a child my siblings and I would walk the mile with a black bin bag full of the big items like sheets to the launderette and we were great at folding them afterwards.Happy times xx

I’m curious, what is the size of the paper you work on; how big or small are the paintings?

Hi Sharon. They're very small - 3” x 4” painted into a bigger sketchbook.

That's very cool. I love tiny paintings. The tiny sparrow really appeals.

Enjoyed your praises of launderette, a nice angle and so refreshing.

LOL! I have a childhood memory of being at my sister's along the coast in British Columbia...walking down to a laundromat (we call it that here) near the beach! I was more interested in the little shop selling seashells by the seashore than by doing the laundry! Perfect image of what I saw in there, though! Thanks for the memory! Hope you are still enjoying your vacation!
